Freight Charges

All laser, thermal and pinfed label orders will have freight added. On all other items, freight will be added only if the order is under $200.

SAME DAY SHIPMENT

Orders for stock items that are placed before 3:30 p.m. will be shipped that day from our nearest warehouse.

VOLUME PRICING

All stock items may be combined for volume pricing discounts.

PRODUCT SELECTION

Our products come in a wide variety of materials, sizes, shapes, and colors. We also have access to product lines not listed in the catalog. So if you are looking for a product that you don’t see in the catalog, just call your customer service representative for more information.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

The label papers recommended in this catalog are carefully selected and have undergone extensive performance analysis prior to their introduction. We have the technical knowledge to help you find the right stock for your specific application. We will advise you on face stocks, adhesives, liners and more. We can also assist you in your custom orders.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You may apply for an open account or pay by check in advance or C.O.D. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subjected to a $25.00 handling charge. To those customers on open account, terms are net 30. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all invoices that are past due.

RETURN OF MECHANDISE

No returns are authorized or accepted without prior approval by Coast to Coast Label. Stock which has been cut, printed or otherwise altered may not be returned. Merchandise must be in sellable condition. Upon inspection, merchandise credit will be given at prices paid less 15% restocking charges and less freight if any such charges were paid by Coast to Coast Label. Cancellation of custom product orders will be subject to a cancellation charge as determined by Coast to Coast Label at the time the cancellation is received. This charge may be an amount up to the full price of the cancelled order.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

All information, recommendations and descriptive material about Coast to Coast Label’s products are based upon research and believed to be reliable but do not constitute a warranty. All materials are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of the material for their purpose prior to purchase. Most of our products are guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of shipment, provided that the buyer has complied with recommended guidelines on storage, handling and usage. Coast to Coast Label will not be held responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product and is not liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All custom products are subject to overruns or underruns of +/- 10% of the original order quantity. See Return of Merchandise above for guidelines regarding the return of a custom product.
